Problem: Cannot export to PDF - icon is greyed out
Solution:
While viewing any report within ClickTracks, you should be able to click the PDF icon to export that report to PDF. Any time a report is being displayed, the PDF button should be available. You are not required to purchase Adobe Acrobat for this functionality.
PDF export is not supported under Windows 98 or Windows ME, and it is disabled in the evaluation version of ClickTracks. If you have purchased ClickTracks, are running Windows NT/2000/XP, and your PDF icon is greyed out, please follow these steps:
- Exit ClickTracks
- Download and unzip this file: (pdf.zip) and place all the contents into
Program Files\ClickTracks\ClickTracks Analyzer\PDF Export\
- Double-click 'install.exe' (one of the files you put into 'PDF Export')
- Relaunch ClickTracks
