Visitor Labeling
By labeling groups of visitors who share a common criteria, ClickTracks is able to show you the behaviors of one group of visitors compared to the behavior of another group of visitors, and compared to the behavior of visitors as a whole.
Analyzing Campaign Data
Analyze and compare data from PPC or other campaigns on one screen . Directly import Google or Overture campaign data, or set up custom data from e-mail marketing, search engine, affiliate, partnership and other PPC or lead-generating campaigns.
Robot Report

Integrated E-Mail Tracking
If you use SubscriberMail, IntelliContact, or other ESPs, you can use ClickTracks Optimizer to track e-mail campaigns from the clickthrough to the checkout. You can also generate and export targeted mailing lists based on your label criteria, then import them into your e-mail marketing system.
Advanced Visitor Labeling
ClickTracks allows you to divide visitors by various commonly used criteria. With Advanced Visitor Labeling, you can divide visitors according to almost any criterion you can think of, using URL and cookie parameters, IP address, country of origin, and many others.
Site Overview Report
More than just a list of data, the site overview provides deep, actionable information. It's made even more powerful with the ability to divide visitors according to various important criteria (see 'Visitor Labeling,' above).
Navigation Report
See where visitors go, how long they stay, and from which page they exit. ClickTracks displays visitor data in context. Because the data is actually superimposed on your web site, you can easily see and understand visitor behavior.
Funnel Report
ClickTracks shows you behavior of groups of visitors in your conversion funnel to see which pages are most effective at turning browsers into buyers. See funnel stages, exit and abandonment areas and additionally, which pages and sections are most influential to conversion.
Keyword and Campaign Tracking
Simply enter your Google AdWords or Yahoo! Search Marketing login information, and campaign data will be imported into ClickTracks automatically. You also have the option to manually import Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing or any other custom campaign file, or manually enter your campaign information.
Exporting Reports
ClickTracks makes it easy to generate reports that you, the rest of your team, clients and bosses understand. Easily export any of ClickTracks' reports to an Adobe PDF or Microsoft Excel file. In Excel, you can further interact with the data and charts for very specific analysis.
Country of Origin
ClickTracks' regional GeoIP functionality determines a visitor's country of origin, and their region within that country. It integrates with other visitor labels, letting you uncover visitor trends from a specific location, divide and compare visitors from different counties, and discover untapped markets.
A/B Splits
ClickTracks' A/B split functionality lets you visually compare visitor behavior on different versions of your web site simultaneously. The wizard interface makes it easy to set up and monitor which page or page element had a desired or undesired effect on your site visitors' behavior.
Time Splits
Use ClickTracks' browser overlay technology to see visitor behavior on two different versions of your web site - on one screen. ClickTracks can archive your site and then bring it back for future analysis.
